From residential to commercial designs, SQR design is versatile in curating breath-taking spaces with character. SQR takes pride in delivering a complete end-to-end solution from conceptualized design development to renovation. The company’s main services are interior space planning; detailed interior design documentation; cost and schedule control; carpentry fabrication; construction, installation and site supervision; and styling services. SQR integrates client’s lifestyle and project brief into its design process. The team works passionately in building lasting relationships with clients through a highly collaborative and engaging design and build service ultimately underpinned by mutual respect and trust. SQR visions itself to be a platform for aspiring designers and project managers to realise their designs and projects through working with happy and satisfied clients. Management Team

Andrew Chang

Managing Director

Andrew has 17 years of experience working in architecture and interior firms across Melbourne, Singapore & Malaysia. His dynamic experience in project management and design development skills made him a key leader for SQR. His past projects include property sales galleries, show houses, private premium residences, office workplace and commercial (hotel, fitness centre, shopping mall, F&B & retail). He has attended the Interior Decoration Essentials course 2019 in Coco Republic Design School, Sydney. It greatly helps in perfecting the space with finesse by recommending soft furnishings and design decorations to a project brief professionally. Andrew is a Registered Architect in Australia and holds Bachelor's Degree from University of Melbourne, Australia.

Ally is dynamic leader with a diverse skill set spanning both sales & marketing and corporate management. As a key member of our leadership team, Ally plays a pivotal role in driving our company's success with a unique blend of expertise. With a background in sales & marketing, Ally understands the pulse of our customers and knows how to navigate the ever-evolving market landscape. Simultaneously, she brings a wealth of experience in corporate management, ensuring that our operations are efficient and aligned with our strategic goals. Ally holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science from Deakin Australia, Melbourne and is a SSM Licensed Corporate Secretary.
