Incorporated on 3 December 2014, ZIMA Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. commenced its business operation with a registered office in Bintulu, Sarawak by venturing into project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing and calibration services in construction sectors as well as power and energy sectors. Our main business are in the Mainslayer (Main Water Supply, Distribution System and Water Treatment Plant) and building construction including M&E. ZIMA is a 100% Sarawakian Bumiputra owned company. We are a fast-growing company in serving oil, gas and energy industry and construction, engaging and venturing into private sectors, government and government-linked company. We are an established and fully equipped company with state-of the art design and build, construction and installation. ZIMA employs professional engineers, experienced staff and skilled technical support personnel. We provide a complete range of engineering services, construction and installation for medium scale of projects and aiming for the large scale of projects in the near future. Our licenses and registrations are including PETRONAS, PETROS, CIDB, MOF/FFO, UPKJ

Chairman / Managing Director

Ir. Jeffrey Francis Harris

Ir. Jeffrey Anak Francis Harris is a prominent entrepreneur and a fulltime businessman graduated from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2nd Class Honours. He is the founder of ZIMA and also a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM) as well as the member of ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE). He is a sole company’s director and has been appointed as the Chairman and the Managing Director of ZIMA and also a Shareholder of Bumiprima Century Sdn Bhd since 2018. During his employment years, he has been assuming a position such as Technical Director for Bumiprima Century Sdn Bhd, Operation Manager for Persafe Engineering Sdn Bhd, Senior Project Services and Planning Engineer and the Hook-up and Commissioning Engineer.

Construction Supervisor

Christy Mujah Anong

Christy Mujah Anong graduated from Polytechnic Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, Pahang, Malaysia with a Diploma Electronic Engineering in Computer Technologies. He is the General Construction Supervisor for Zima Enterprise Sdn Bhd. Over 15 years’ experience in oil and gas and construction industries and previously working with Sarawak Shell Bhd. He holds various of position at previous company such as Mechanical & Electrical Team Lead, Project Engineer, M & E Site Engineer, SAP Support Analyst – Project, Technical Assistant – Logistics, Associate Engineer and Electrical Technician.

Rosheila Halpi

Rosheila Halpi graduated from Politeknik Mukah with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. She is the Project Coordinator Cum Admin@HR for Zima Enterprise Sdn Bhd. Five years experience in the procurement and administration field. Her previous employment was with Pekerjaan Konkerit Piasau and Kiong Joung Hardware Sdn Bhd.

Project Engineer

Stephen Kiai

Stephen Kiai graduated from the Universiti Teknologi Mara with a Degree in Civil (Infrastructure),Upper 2nd Class Honours. He is the Project Engineer for Zima Enterprise Sdn Bhd. Have about 3 years of working experience, particularly in Civil, building, and structural construction. He is a well-trained and fast-learning young engineer. He was previously a Petronas Technical Services Sdn Bhd employee.
