Asia Communication & Electronic Sdn. Bhd. (Asiakom) was established in February 1992 by its founder, Kimis Velu Arumugam, to develop and manufacture communication equipment in Malaysia. It was recognized as a ‘PIONEER’ company by the Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA). Since 2001, the company has diversified into railway construction (Track & Signalling), railway material supply, and infrastructure projects. With two decades of experience, Asiakom continues to expand its capabilities in rail, road, and telecommunications infrastructure.
