BLB WORLD HOLDINGS SDN. BHD was founded by Hj. Mohd Burhan bin Abd Rani and wife Hjh. Norazita bt Arifin in Seri Manjung, Perak, Malaysia in 1993. Since then, we have construct major building, infrastructure and bridging works across Perak, Selangor, Pahang and few other states.

Our niche project including infrastructure works and bridge works namely Projek Bekalan Air Luar Bandar(BALB) Kementerian Pembangunan Luar Bandar in 2012, Pembangunan Semula Pasar Tanjung Rambutan in 2014 under Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh(MBI), Jambatan Pasir Putih in Ipoh, Perak completed in 2015 under Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR), Laluan Pintasan (flyover) Persiaran Mokhtar Dahari completed in 2019 under JKR Selangor, multiple development of housing projects including Perumahan 86 Unit Rumah Teres Seri Iskandar Development Corporation SIDEC-MRCB, Rancangan Tebatan Banjir (RTB) Kg Gajah 2019 under Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran (JPS) and Rancangan Pengairan Sg Panjang Sabak Bernam under MOA KPKM in 2022 and the recently completed Menaiktaraf Jalan dan Tasik Kampus Sultan Azlan Shah, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) in Proton City Tanjung Malim, Perak. As far, 100% of our projects completed with Certfied of Practical Completion(CPC) and 100% within stipulated project time frame.

In 2019, we were shortlisted as one of the best in G6 class contractor at The Malaysian Construction Industry Awards (MCIEA) at The W Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Recently, we ventured into hospitality and tourism businesses to diversify our income and revenues including Rania Beach Resort and Natilia Beach Resort in Lumut, Perak with 80 bedrooms family suite to cater uprising demand of tourism in the west State of Perak.
