K.T.I. was formed in 1984 and has its humble beginnings in a small-sized company which expanded and transformed into a dynamic group of companies. For the past 3 decades, K.T.I. has undertaken several Government projects in both Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah that involved complete design, construct, finance and upon sa?sfactory comple?on, handover to the respec?ve Government bodies with a total gross development value of over RM 825 million. K.T.I. have also successfully completed numerous Private projects in various real estate asset classes amoun?ng to more than RM 1.2 bill ion in Malaysia. K.T.I. is registered with the Construc?on Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a Grade 7 construc?oncorpora?on and cer?fied with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. K.T.I. is also Sabah’s pioneer in IBS (Industrialized Building System) manufacturer and builderand obtained its IBS Status Manufacturer License from CIDB in 2013.
